registration forms are PDF documents and you will need the
Acrobat Reader in order to read the file. At the present
time - please print the Registration Form and submit with
your cheque. We are in the process of automating the ordering
system however it is not available at this time.
Please
note on the Course Schedule that some courses are directly
taken with the PHBIA and some are with SAIT. All SAIT
courses must register with SAIT as per information on
the Course Schedule. All other courses please use the
Registration Forms available here.
